Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our travel desk. A booking is confirmed only after full/partial payment as communicated by our team.

2. Pricing: Prices are per person on twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice until confirmed.

3. Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before departure. Later cancellations are charged as per supplier terms. Refunds are processed within 10–14 working days.

4. Travel Documents: Guests must carry valid ID proofs; international travellers need passports valid for 6+ months and applicable visas.

5. Liability: BigHolidays acts as a tour organiser and is not liable for delays, losses or damages caused by third-party service providers or force majeure events.
